By purchasing Boss Suites, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Access & Usage
Your purchase grants lifetime access to the Boss Suites course and community for a one-time payment of $597.
This version of the course may not be bundled, gifted, or sold at a discount.
You may resell this product at the full price of $597 only. Resale at any other price is not permitted.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
3. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback will result in immediate termination of access to all Boss Suites products and permanent removal from the community.
We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with proof of product delivery and usage.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and trainings are protected by copyright.
You may not replicate, duplicate, or distribute any part of the program without express written permission, except as part of approved resale as outlined above.
5. Community Guidelines
This is a mentorship and growth community, and we take that seriously. Disrespect, spamming, or any harmful behavior will result in removal from the group with no refund.
We are committed to maintaining a supportive, growth-oriented space. Come correct or don’t come at all.
6. Income Disclaimer
Boss Suites does not guarantee results or income.
Success depends on your effort, consistency, and ability to implement what you learn.
We offer tools, strategies, and mentorship — what you build with them is on you.

This mentorship program can be gifted to others for $50 using the designated gifting link.
Bundling is allowed: You may bundle Boss Money Moves with any course or product priced at $397 or higher, and then gift it for $50 using the approved method.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the digital mentorship experience, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.
3. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback will result in immediate removal from the Boss Money Moves mentorship and all related communities.
We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with proof of delivery and access.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, community calls, coaching content, and resources are protected under copyright.
Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or sharing of any part of the mentorship content is strictly prohibited, except under the approved gifting and bundling options described above.
5. Community Guidelines
Boss Money Moves is a growth-focused mentorship container. Respectful behavior, coachability, and integrity are expected at all times.
Any form of spamming, harmful language, or disruptive conduct may result in permanent removal without refund.
6. Income Disclaimer
We do not promise or guarantee any income or specific results.
Your success depends on your own action, implementation, and consistency.
